* Here are some of the more noteworthy from over the years.

* Recognized in Guinness World Records Gamer's Editions in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.

* Interviewed by ESPN in 2010 for World Record in Madden NFL 09

* Over 300 records recognized by Twin Galaxies across arcade, NES, Super NES, PlayStation, XBox, Commodore 64, XBox 360, Nintendo Wii and other platforms

* Became one of the first gamers to have world records recognized by three official organizations as RecordSetter recognized him in January 2012.

* Dallas-area news coverage by CBS Affiliate in 2010 over quest on classic Donkey Kong. Scott hit his first kill-screen game in January 2011.

* Featured on Dallas-area CW33 in 2009 for gaming records

* Former Super Mario Bros. points record holder for the classic NES (lost title in January 2011 after holding for almost two years). This record was mentioned in a segment by Escapist Magazine in 2010.

* Set World Records on titles at famed New Hampshire arcade Funspot in 2009 and 2010.

* Semi-finalist in the Dallas competition for the Nintendo World Championships in 1990.

* Finalist in Aladdin's Castle Soul Edge contest in Mesquite, TX in 1996.

* Winner of Donkey Kong Country contest by Blockbuster video in Mesquite, TX in 1995.

* All-time record holder for Super Pac-Man (set in 1984) and Galaga (set in 1995) at former Putt-Putt Golf and Games location in Mesquite, TX and Galaga (set in 1995) at former Aladdin's Castle location.

* Winner of Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! contest at Town East Mall in Mesquite, TX in 1989. Scott went through the game without any of the CPU opponents landing a single punch.

* Appeared in the first edition of Twin Galaxies Trading Cards, released fall of 2011.
