Patrick Scott Patterson has repaired and restored arcade video games since 1994. Since 2005 he has serviced classic coin-op video games for a variety of home and business game rooms across North Texas, and provided the machine and support for G4tv's Donkey Kong World Record attempt broadcast in Los Angeles in 2009. Scott is currently available for Saturday appointments to provide on-site arcade video game diagnosis and repair across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area! First Step: Diagnostic Visit Scott will come to your home or business location and perform a total Diagnostic Visit on your arcade video games, checking the game's monitor, power supply, CPU, controls and everything else from top to bottom. After the Diagnostic Visit is complete, he will provide a detailed explanation and written estimate of the work that needs to be done to bring your arcade classic back to life! The Diagnostic Visit runs $49 for the first machine and $19 for each additional machine checked on the same visit. (Dual monitor and deluxe game cabinets may run extra; nominal mileage fee extra) Second Step: Repair Visit To keep prices and overhead low, Scott orders arcade parts on an as-needed basis. Therefore, after the Diagnostic Visit a second visit will be needed to perform the repairs. The average repair bill per machine runs around $120 (plus a nominal mileage fee and Texas State Sales Tax on parts). This will naturally vary with certain types of machines or machines with multiple issues requiring work. There is a minimal charge of $49 per machine during a repair visit. All work is done using top quality materials and attention to detail. Scott repairs your games to last! To learn more information or to set an appointment, please e-mail Scott today at psp@patrickscottpatterson.com Please include your first and last name, location, e-mail and phone number with your e-mail inquiry. All e-mails received will be answered within 24 to 48 hours. If you do not hear back by that time please try again. Please note that due to travel and event bookings from other aspects of Scott's work that repair appointment slots are limited and can often book up fast. One to two weeks lead time is typical and, as previously stated, appointments are currently available on Saturdays only. Please note that all work is done at your home or business location. Machines do not need to be dropped off. Repair services are offered on coin-operated arcade video games only. ![]() |
